After starting the weekend off good with game night on Friday night it got better all weekend. Saturday I got to go to Evansville with Andrea to do some shopping, with NO kids. Amazing!! Then Saturday evening me and the girls, and my nephew Carter went to visit Kristin & Kaitlyn at Glendale where they were camping. The girls roasted marshmallows..well ok so did I, they're soo yummy!! Then Sunday was church, swimming, grilling out, and then a movie to end the night. One of the best things about Sunday was Gunnar and Lily swam in the deep end and went off the diving board with no floaties!! They've been swimming in the shallow all summer, but wouldn't go off the board without floaties. But a little convincing my little brave Lily did it first--only 4 years old!! Gunnar didn't like all the attention she was getting so he was right behind her. They swam for a couple hours all around the pool. I was so proud of them. Now back to a full packed week. I'll leave you with a picture of Kevin and Molly. Kevin mows every Monday evening and when he's done he takes one child out to the back pond to fish. They love it. Today was Molly's turn. I love when they get special time with Daddy!

I wonder if I'll get to see them swim in that deep end this year... maybe if it stays warm enough long enough!!
