Well the 2 oldest kiddos are off to school. Lily started Kindergarten today and Gunnar is in the 1st grade! They were very excited to go! I bet after a couple early mornings that will wear off! Neither of them were nervous. Gunnar had a couple good budiies in his class & Lily knows her teacher plus my best friend is assisting in Lily's class today so she was at ease. Molly was the one upset because she didn't get to stay! Her preschool doesn't start till September, so she's home a whole month with Mom!! Here's some pics form this morning!
Molly did great. She had a special lunch with me & my mom at Mi pueblo & I painted her & Lily's room purple! Getting ready to take all the kiddos to the new waterpark to celebrate thier 1st day! See you at gymnastics tomorrow!
Guess who had a great first day?!! Lily did so good today! She was extremely well-behaved and was a great helper. She was pretty quiet but warmed up towards everyone as the day went on. I fixed up a couple little spots on her ankle with bandaids :) I agree with Tera that Gunnar has had a growth spurt! It's crazy how much he has grown since 1 year ago! Well hopefully Lily wants to come back tomorrow!;)Oh and I wish I would have known you were taking them to the water park. I've been dying to at least step foot inside to see it! If you go again let me know!

Nick was awfully worried when Gunnar wasn't in the classroom when we walked in yesterday - he kept asking "Where's Gunnar"! I asked him last night "Did Gunnar ever show up?" and he said "Yep, but he was the last one!"...I hoped that wasn't an indicator of a bad morning at your house but it sounds like everything went great!
Glad to hear you guys are off to a good start!! i can't believe how big they are getting! Time goes too fast! I love that poem too! Have a great school year!
