My Angel

As most of you have heard our Lord has taken my sweet Andrea home. He came around 7pm last night. On Saturday Andrea said I don't want to see your tears but hear your laughter. Well it just so happens yesterday evening we we're all in the waiting room tired, sad, exhausted but decided to play Scattagories. As we started playing everyone at one time or another was involved and we we were all laughing for the first time in several days. At that point Andrea got what she wanted and decided it was time to go home. She heard the laughter she had been waiting for. Jeff & her parents/Step parents/mother-in-law were all by her bedside bidding her farewell. I can't imagine the glorious moment arriving to meet our Savior. I imagine a huge crowd cheering her on as she arrived saying "Well done, what a fight" We're proud of you" As so many of us here on earth are so very proud of her. All the trials she was faced with and she never gave up and stay determined till the end. I'm so proud to call her my friend. I miss her terribly already & it's so hard for the human heart to not wish for her here, but I know she is being well taken care of. I'm privileged to have such a angel looking over me. RIP Andrea- I love you so much.

This song is perfect..... I heard it the other day when things were getting bad and I was thinking about her the entire time I heard it. She is looking back and telling everyone to not worry about her because she is in the most beautiful place ever and no longer in pain.

I know you miss Andrea terribly. Thinking and praying for you all!

I hope this story puts a smile on your face. I was putting makeup on ms. Molly last night before the Promise. I had just put on her dark lipstick and said "ok now rub it in". I turned my head for a second and then looked back and Molly was taking her hand and rubbing it all over the bottom half of her face. How sweet and innocent they are at 3. I guess I took for granted she knew what I meant by rubbing it in.
